In Arizona, contractors are regulated by rules and by statutes. One statute in particular lists most of the things that a contractor is not allowed to do.
That statute is A.R.S. § 32-1154. That statute lists the grounds for the suspension or the revocation of a license. You can see the whole statute here.
The list is in subsection (A) of A.R.S. § 32-1154. It is worth paying attention to the introductory paragraph of that subsection:
A. The holder of a license or any person named on a license pursuant to this chapter may not commit any of the following acts or omissions…
Notice that the statute applies not only to the licensed contractor (“the holder of a license”), but also to the people who are named on the contractor’s license (“any person named on a license”).
